Leasing & Marketing

  • Preparation and execution of a compliant Residential Tenancy Agreement
  • Thoroughly inspection and preparation of condition report
  • Using a range of marketing strategies to generate more interests
  • In-depth knowledge and experience to qualify and identify ideal tenant
  • Work with Tenant Reference Australia (TRA) to qualify tenant
  • Both paper and online lodgement of bond with the Rental Bond Board

Management

  • Strictly control rent arrears
  • Organising payment of outgoings
  • Executing termination notices
  • Handling of all bond payments, claims and refunds
  • Landlord disbursements and supply of financial statements
  • Liaising with other services providers e.g. insurance, taxation specialists

Repair & Maintenance

  • Handling of all repairs and maintenance within 24 hours
  • Landlord will be advised with all repairs by phone call or email
  • Urgent repairs to be actioned straight away

Update & Review

  • Advise on rent reviews every 6 months or 60 days prior to lease ending
  • Handling of lease renewals 30 days prior to lease ending
  • Routine inspections every 6 months or 3 months if needed
